As a pivotal part of Epsilon Sigma Phi, this Affinity Group is committed to weaving the rich resources of land-grant universities into the fabric of diverse communities, advancing the mission of these institutions through a lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement (DEI&E).

As co-chair and engagement chair, I spearheaded the development and operation of the UCDA Affinity Group, emphasizing the importance of accessible Extension services for all communities.
